In a time of drought and tough water restrictions, Flourish Landscapes was established in 2007 by Michelle Banfield, a talented garden designer and qualified horticulturist. With her 10 years experience in the horticulture industry, Michelle could see a vision that Home gardeners, Land developers and Commercial entities needed to focus on strong landscape planning due to tough climate changes and council regulations. It is her unique designs and creativity that ensures each client receives the service they demand, on time and on budget. Michelle uses her formal horticultural education, majoring in Landscape design, to select a variety of native and exotic plants to ensure the garden’s long term future. Working with the landscape and not against it, Michelle tries to retain existing features whenever possible. Michelle has a strong focus on creating water wise gardens using both exotic and native plant species and became an accredited green gardener though a program with Sustainable Gardening Australia in 2005. |
